Have you ever had a tour operator cancel on you last minute? Sometimes weather, safety or employee illness can not be helped, but other times a tour provider will cancel because its not financially viable for them. This is news to us, we never cancel under-booked tours. Lately we’ve picked up a few customers who have had a tour cancelled on them last minute, or had guests inquire as to whether they should book because they see all spaces available, and they’ve been stood up in the past. It just doesn’t seem right to ruin someone’s precious vacation day because we might not make money. We figure it all evens out between the busy days, and the single rider days. It might not be the best for our bottom line, but a deal is a deal and if you’ve entrusted your day in LA to us, we’re honoring your reservation.
