2. Tour Bookings and Payments

All tour bookings are processed through our secure booking partner, Xola. By booking a tour, you agree to Xola’s payment terms and our specific refund polices.

• Reservations: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.
• Cancellations: Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund or credit.
• No-Shows: No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the tour start time are non-refundable.

3. Safety and Conduct

Your safety is our priority. By participating in a Handlebar Bike Tour, you agree to follow guide instructions, comply with traffic laws, and wear a helmet.

4. Liability Waiver

All participants are required to sign a liability waiver before starting a tour. Handlebar Bike Tours is not liable for personal injury, property damage, or loss resulting from participation.
