- All Handlebar Bike Guides are experienced city cyclists, First Aid certified, and follow strict safety protocol.
• Cancellation policy: Cancel 24 hours in advance for a full refund. After 24 hours full tour price will be forfeited. Reschedule or cancel using the link in confirmation email up to 24 hours in advance, or send us an email and we will do it for you.
• Due to health and safety concerns, tours will not take place if the temperature exceeds 95, or rain. Check email for updates. Full refunds will be issued.
• Participants must be a minimum of 12 year of age; our bikes are full sized.
• Helmets are required to take part in the tour. We provide helmets, or you may bring your own.
• All participants must sign a Waiver and Release of Liability Agreement.
Conditions are not appropriate for beginning riders.
